Mobile Banking

Our mobile banking app (short for "application") provides a customized, fast and intuitive mobile banking experience designed specifically for certain smartphones and mobile devices. You must have a eBanking account to use Mobile Banking.

Current Mobile Banking features include: Account Alerts, Branch and ATM finder, account to account transfers, Express Deposit and more.

Currently Mobile Banking does not include: Bill Pay.

PLEASE NOTE: To stay within your mobile banking browser session, use only the on-screen menu buttons. Using your device’s home or back button will log you out of mobile banking.

Accounts Overview

You can view all your JSC FCU accounts on one screen. Tap an account to see transactions for the previous 8 months. If you need to view account transactions prior to 8 months, you may view these electronically from your eStatements account.

Transfers

You can make transfers between your JSC FCU accounts immediately.

Updating the Mobile Banking App

We continually strive to improve our mobile banking product. As new versions are released, enhanced or advanced features will make your mobile banking experience richer and more convenient. Please visit the app store for your device to download the most current version of the app. When a new version of the mobile banking app is available, you’ll be notified of the update. Simply update the app, and then you can continue using Mobile Banking.

Location Services

For certain features, such as locating an ATM or Credit Union branch via your device’s GPS, the device will ask for your location. This is so we can provide the information for the location closest to you. If Location Services is turned off on your device, you’ll need to turn the setting on before you can continue with your request. If you don’t have location services on, please turn it on per your device:

  • For Android devices: From your home screen, go to Menu > Settings > Location and Security and check “Use wireless networks”
  • For Apple ios devices: From your home screen, go to Settings > General, and turn on Location Services.

You may then put an address or zip code closest to you and choose the appropriate item to find. You may select from JSC ATM’s, JSC Branches, Shared Branches, and Surcharge-Free ATM’s within the Allpoint network.

Security

Your information is secure when using Mobile Banking. You’re required to sign in the same way you would through eBanking. Your account information is not stored on your device. For your protection, once you hit your device’s back button or the mobile app’s "Log Out" button from the app menu, your mobile banking browsing session is eliminated. Your browser session will also time out if not being actively used.

JSC Federal Credit Union (JSC FCU) began operations December 27, 1961 as MSC Federal Credit Union. JSC FCU was originally chartered to serve employees of Johnson Space Center in Houston. Since then, JSC FCU has expanded its field of membership to include many communities and businesses in the Greater Houston Bay Area.
 
 
JSC FCU has a proud history of serving the financial needs of people living in the communities we serve. From its humble beginnings over 50 years ago, JSC FCU has grown to be one of the largest credit unions in Houston serving over 100,000 members in the Clear Lake, League City, Ellington, Friendswood, Texas City, Galveston, Dickinson, Pasadena, Pearland, Seabrook, Deer Park, and La Porte.
